The Chieftain’s Procession is one of the most recognisable traditions of the Lesmahagow Highland Games. Each year, pipe bands, dancers, community groups and decorated floats parade along Main Street before the Games begin. These photographs capture moments from processions over the years, celebrating the colour, music and community spirit that mark the start of Games Day.
